Is my time confirmed straight away?
Not yet. Your booking is a request. We check the agent's diary and confirm your time by email or phone within one business day. If your time isn't free, we offer the nearest alternatives.
How much does it cost?
Requesting a booking is free. If the agent charges a consultation fee, they tell you the amount in writing before the appointment.
I'm outside Australia. Can I still book?
Yes. Choose a phone or video consultation. The booking form shows each time in Sydney time and in your own time zone.
My visa was refused. How soon should I book?
As soon as you can. Deadlines to apply for a review can be short, and the date on your refusal letter matters. Choose "Refusal, cancellation or review" as your topic, and call us if your deadline is days away.
