We prepare your application, send it to the college or university and follow it up until you have an answer.

What we do

  • Check you meet the academic and English entry requirements before you apply
  • Prepare and lodge your application with the provider
  • Help with personal statements and documents the college asks for
  • Follow up your offer and explain any conditions on it

Bring along

  • Passport
  • Academic transcripts and certificates
  • A CV or work history, for courses that ask for one

Enrolment and CoE

Accepting an offer is where mistakes get expensive. We walk you through every step.

What we do

  • Go through your written agreement with the provider before you sign, including fees and refund terms
  • Make sure you pay the right deposit straight to the provider
  • Help you arrange Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) if you need it
  • Track your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) until it arrives

Good to know

  • Always pay fees to the provider's own account
  • Keep a copy of every receipt and agreement

Course and college changes

Unhappy with your course or your college? Check the rules before you move.

The rules changed in October 2026.

Moving to a new provider is now generally restricted during the first 12 months of your main course, and most further student visa applications have to be made from outside Australia. Get advice before you withdraw, transfer or apply for anything.

What we do

  • Talk through what isn't working and whether a change will fix it
  • Check your provider's transfer policy against the current restrictions
  • Find a better-fit course and handle the new application
  • Book you with a registered migration agent to check the visa side

Bring along

  • Your CoE and written agreement
  • Your latest results
  • Any letters from your college

Student support

Help with the practical side of studying in Australia, before and after you arrive.

What we help with

  • OSHC: compare cover and understand what it includes
  • USI: create your Unique Student Identifier for VET study
  • Housing: what to check before you sign a lease or pay a bond
  • Study problems: falling behind, failed units or a dispute with your college. We help you raise it the right way, through the college's own process

What Zenova doesn't do

We don't give visa advice or lodge visa applications. Only a registered migration agent or an Australian lawyer should do that. We book you with one instead.

Your first session is free.

Tell us where you are and what you're thinking. We'll come back with options, not a sales pitch.
