Zenova Education Pty Ltd (ABN 16 700 174 367), trading as Zenova Education ("Zenova", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through our services. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Study information, such as your education history, the courses you're interested in, English test results and documents you choose to give us.
• Booking information when you request a migration agent consultation: the topic, format and time you choose, where you are, your current visa type and expiry date if you give them, and what you tell us about your situation.
• Website information. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit, and our web host may keep standard server logs. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser remembers it on your own device.

Please don't send passport numbers, bank details or passwords through our website forms.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and provide counselling.
• To prepare and send applications to education providers when you ask us to.
• To arrange migration agent consultations that you request.
• To keep records and meet our legal obligations.

We won't send you marketing messages unless you ask for them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

• Education providers, when you ask us to apply or enrol on your behalf.
• 4A Consulting Services Pty Ltd, our registered migration agent partner, when you book a consultation and agree to us sharing your booking details. Once they receive your information, they handle it under their own privacy obligations.
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as email, form delivery and file storage services. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.

We don't sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Only people who need your information to help you can see it. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
